I'm Adrienne, the Navigator. Welcome to my world, I'm glad you're here. Whether you were referred here by one of my framily members (friends who are like family😊) or you found me through a Google search, it's my pleasure to meet you. Look around, cop a squat, and chime in on the conversations. Your voice has value here, and so do you. I expect to experience beautiful things together. Fun, freedom, transparency, and growth are my jams, and I hope you choose to dance along.

WHO I AM

I'm sure you're wondering who I am and why what I say matters. What can I tell you? I love to see people win, I hate bullies, and my purpose is to leave everything better than I find it. I’m a coach, mentor, teacher, and the Navigator. My professional credentials span 28 years of directing the trajectory of thousands of people, including college students, entrepreneurs, and multi-million-dollar CEOs. I facilitated trainings at international non-profits, medical industry giants, and local rehabilitation centers. I have hosted mentorship groups for 20 years. I have invested thousands of dollars into my education, personal and professional development. Now I share that wisdom with others. I host virtual coaching and mentoring groups where dozens of women experience transformation. There is nothing I'd rather do than help women LOVE their lives. 💯

WHY IT MATTERS

I have an innate ability to identify the gaps and obstacles that inhibit you from fully experiencing a flourishing and abundant life. I use a signature navigation process to teach you how to live a congruent life where your words, thoughts, and actions align. This is more than lifestyle coaching. This is a reclamation of your integrity, power, and peace. In my groups and with my one-on-one services, you will find guidance, accountability, direction, clarity, support, and, most importantly, a path to the fulfilling, overflowing, & satisfying life you desire. In a nutshell, I teach women how to create a life they love through honest self-love, healthy relationships, and aligned decision making.
